For business
Send it across the city for a price that doesn't move.
One pickup, one drop-off, by motorcycle, car or van. You see the price and the arrival time before you book — and that is the price on the receipt, whatever the traffic does.

What we carry
Three vehicles, priced separately, quoted together.
Your job is quoted for every class it could go by, side by side, with the arrival time attached to each — so the trade-off between speed, size and cost is yours to make rather than ours to assume.
Motorcycle
a few kilosThe fastest thing through city traffic. Documents, prescriptions, small boxes — anything one person can carry in one hand.
Car
boot-sizedBigger and weatherproof. Flowers, cake, electronics — the things a motorcycle could carry but shouldn't.
Van
up to 300 kgStock moving between branches, furniture, a market run that was never going to fit in a boot.
The pilot is deliberately narrow: one pickup, one drop-off, going now. Scheduled windows, multi-stop routing and food or grocery orders are not part of it, and we would rather say so than take a booking we'd handle badly.
From your counter to theirs
Five steps, and you can see all of them.
The two with pins are the ones that happen at a door. The rest is the platform's own record, and you can read it while it happens.
Book
One number, before you commit
Enter the two addresses and what's going. You get a price per courier class and the arrival time that comes with it. Choosing is the whole booking flow.
Assigned
Your card is held, not taken
Nothing is charged at booking. The hold is placed when the job is created and captured only when a courier has actually delivered — for exactly the amount you were quoted.
Collected
Custody changes hands against a code
Your courier photographs the parcel and scans your code. The delivery becomes an obligation at that moment: it will be handed over or brought back to you, and either way you'll know which.
Delivered
Proof shaped by what you sent
The recipient's code, always. A photo at the door, an age check, cash counted — whichever of those the order calls for. Photographs are hashed the moment they're taken, so the proof can be shown to be the original.
Receipted
Every line traces to the quote
The receipt is built from the same quote you accepted. Tolls or extras a job genuinely incurred appear as their own lines with the reason attached — nothing is blended in to make a number look different.
Proof of delivery
What you get instead of “left at the door”.
Your order decides what the courier has to do before a delivery can be finished. A plain parcel asks for the recipient's code. A bottle of wine asks for an age check as well, and an order collecting cash asks for the amount to be counted and recorded.
Photographs are hashed at the moment of capture and stored with that fingerprint, so the picture on the receipt can be shown to be the picture that was taken. When a check can't be completed — nobody home, no ID, the wrong person — the parcel comes back to you and the reason is recorded. That is the rule working, not a failure of it.

Money
Charged on delivery, for the amount you were quoted.
- Held, not taken
- The card is authorised at booking and captured on delivery. If nobody is assigned, the hold is released and you were never charged.
- Refunds are lines, not arguments
- When something goes wrong the adjustment appears against the original receipt with its reason — damaged in transit, cancelled before pickup — and the arithmetic stays visible.
- One invoice, if you want one
- Accounts that would rather not see a card charge per delivery can have usage aggregated into a consolidated periodic invoice instead.
- Cash on delivery, counted properly
- Where an order collects cash, the amount is fixed to the job, recorded when the courier marks it collected, and reconciled against what you're owed rather than left as a note.
The customer app
Book it, watch it, and keep the receipt.
The same app individuals use. Businesses get the same screens with the invoicing behaviour turned on.

Booking
Three classes, three quotes, one arrival time each.

Tracking
Position, custody trail, and the code for the handover.

Activity
Everything sent, with what was refunded and why.

Receipts
Each line comes from the quote you accepted.

The courier's handover
The checklist is generated from your order, not from habit.
Get started
Tell us what you move, and how often.
Courier is in closed pilot, so accounts are opened by conversation rather than by sign-up form. If you send more than a handful of deliveries a week, that conversation is short.
Or wait for the app
The customer app isn't published yet either. Leave a way to reach you and we'll send the link when it is.
